The Seahawks have been one of the league’s best teams in 2025, winning 12 of their first 15 games to clinch a playoff berth and move into first place in the NFC West, so it’s no surprise that they will also be well represented at the 2026 Pro Bowl Games.
Six Seahawks were selected to the NFC squad, which was named on Tuesday: quarterback Sam Darnold, outside linebacker DeMarcus Lawrence, kick returner Rashid Shaheed, receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba, cornerback Devon Witherspoon and defensive tackle Leonard Williams.
Four of those players, Shaheed, Smith-Njigba, Witherspoon and Williams, were selected as starters.
The Pro Bowl games, which will feature a 7-on-7 flag football game on February 3, will take place in San Francisco during the week leading up to Super Bowl LX in Santa Clara, marking the first time the Pro Bowl has been merged into the league’s Super Bowl festivities.
Seattle’s group of Pro Bowlers is made up of three players who were acquired this year, Darnold and Lawrence, who were free-agent signings, and Shaheed, a midseason trade acquisition, two 2023 first-round picks in Witherspoon and Smith-Njigba, and a 2023 trade acquisition in Williams.
The six Pro-Bowl selections are tied for the second highest total in franchise history, with six previous teams producing seven Pro Bowlers (1984, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2020). Only five previous Seahawks teams have had six or more Pro-Bowl selections in the initial vote prior to alternates being added, the 1984, 2015 and 2020 teams, which had seven, and the 2007 and 2013 teams, which had six.
