Job description: We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Sales Manager to oversee and grow our online sales
across Amazon, eBay, and our eCommerce website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
managing product listings, optimising sales strategies, ***yzing performance metrics, and ensuring
smooth operations of our online stores. This role requires strong expertise in digital marketplaces,
online sales strategies, and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimise product listings on Amazon, eBay, and the company’s eCommerce website.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends.
  • Implement promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to increase conversions.

Marketplace & Website Management:

  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
  • Optimise product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility.
  • Manage customer reviews, feedback, and ratings to enhance brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, profit margins, and return on ad spend

(ROAS).

  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Operations & Customer Service:

  • Coordinate with the distributors for logistics part to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Handle virtual customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock availability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce sales management (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, or

WooCommerce preferred).

  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in data ***ysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
  • Experience with inventory management and logistics coordination.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Terapeak for market research.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Shopify customisation.
