Rajinikanth’s most anticipated movie, Coolie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, is gearing up for a worldwide theatrical release on August 14th.
Following Chikitu, Sun Pictures has now officially announced with a special promo that the second single from Coolie, titled Monica — a special item number featuring Pooja Hegde and composed by Anirudh Ravichander — is going to be released on July 11th.

After this promo, fans are highly anticipating the song, as so far, there haven’t been any special item number songs in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s previous movies, and this marks his first attempt.
Many netizens, after the Monica promo, questioned why Anirudh Ravichander is not letting other singers sing the songs under his compositions, and stated that over a period of time, his voice has become saturated. They also suggested that, at least from the next album, he should let other singers sing.
