Job description: Job Purpose and ImpactThe Logistics Operations Coordinator will ensure compliance with the Domestic / export and warehouse coordination and do***entation as per regulations . In this role, you will proactively plan, organize and oversee the work of a team in the receipt, storage and movement of goods in the warehouse while also coordinate for high volume exports and do***entation , following established compliance and regulatory guidelines.Key Accountabilities
- Plan, organize, coordinate and control warehouse operations and work of the team.
- Plan, handle and review logistic operations (Domestic / Export) i.e. Invoicing, E-way Bill and other related do***ents to optimize resource use and minimize costs of warehouse operations and perform processes audits.
- Act in conformity with defined procedures to resolve routine logistics issues and provide the best value for the customer and the carrier.
- Achieve the unit’s key performance indicators and develop activities aimed at their improvement.
- Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as blockigned
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- Graduation or equivalent
