Job description: Festivals from India is hiring on behalf of ASIGN for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX and a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating user-centric designs. RequirementsEssential Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Proficiency in Figma is a must and clean, well-organized Figma files with thoughtful design do***entation are highly valued.Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other industry-standard tools is a plus, but not required.Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (for better collaboration with devs)Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.Working knowledge about conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.Essential Experience:Minimum 5-6 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.Experience in fast-paced environments is a plus.Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and creativity in web and mobile applications.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.Strong and creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design solutions.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPlease attached a Portfolio link to your resume as it is a must requirement for the client.
