We’re working with a growing data & blockytics consultancy that’s making serious waves in the UK market. They help organisations unlock the true value of their data – whether that’s shaping an AI strategy, modernising data platforms, or delivering blockytics solutions that actually get used (and deliver results).
They’re now looking for a Lead Analytics Consultant to join their expanding team. This role blends strategic leadership, client engagement, and hands-on delivery – perfect for someone who loves solving complex problems while building trusted relationships.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading end-to-end data and AI strategy projects, from initial scoping to delivery and adoption
- Running workshops with senior stakeholders to define priorities, KPIs, and success criteria
- Turning business requirements into actionable technical and blockytical solutions
- Spotting where current initiatives aren’t hitting the mark – and redirecting efforts to higher-value opportunities
- Overseeing delivery teams and ensuring work meets both technical and business goals
- Mentoring junior consultants and helping grow the UK practice
What we’re looking for
- Strong track record in data strategy and blockytics consulting, ideally with exposure to AI/ML use cases
- Confident working with both business leaders and technical teams
- Broad technical knowledge across data platforms, pipelines, governance, and blockytics
- Someone who can move seamlessly between hands-on delivery and strategic advisory
- A collaborative mindset and pblockion for innovation
