The situation quickly escalated to the point where, on his final day of shooting, the production house sent goons to vandalize his vanity van.

Prakash revealed that around 4-5 people forcefully entered his van, threw around meat, emptied the water tank, and, most shockingly, defecated in the entire place, stinking it up. This left Prakash with no option but to wait outside in unbearable heat.

He later clarified that he chose not to name the production house, not out of fear of losing work, but because the incident had deeply disturbed him and he’d never work with them again even if they offered him 10 lakh per day.

Prakash also emphasized that this behavior wasn’t a reflection of the entire industry, noting that most producers who treat their teams in this manner aren’t native Kannadigas.

This incident has fans mostly agreeing with Prakash and stating that this is the reason why many talented actresses and actors leave the Kannada film industry, never to return.

On the other hand, some mentioned that this is some kind of a conspiracy to defame the southern industry.

Real or not, the Kannada film industry is surely facing a lot of online backlash for mistreating talent to the extent that they’d rather never work within the industry again.
