REFUND POLICY – FIND SUPER DEALS

1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm approval. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a credit notification from your bank/card provider.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kamalsaklani@rediffmail.com or 9899929850 with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong or defective item.

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, our return policy applies.
