Over a dozen charged in alleged cocaine trafficking ring at Penn State

More than a dozen current and former Penn State University students, along with one of their parents, have been charged in a major cocaine trafficking ring. Prosecutors allege two off-campus fraternities appeared to be the hubs for the operation. Meg Oliver reports.
